I had a wonderful stay overall, with excellent customer service and impressive amenities. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the local attractions. However, the heat on the pool deck was unbearable at times, which was quite a downside during my visit. Additionally, I experienced some water issues that were frustrating.

Staying at the Grand Hyatt was a solid experience overall. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff was incredibly friendly, which made our stay enjoyable. The location is unbeatable, directly connected to the convention center and close to many attractions. However, while the dining options had some highlights, the pricing felt steep for what was offered. Still, if you're attending a convention, the convenience makes it worthwhile.
